I mean the games you download from the web and that you place on your memory stick so that they play on the PSP.
I don’t think you can do it now (without any moddification).
But what is it that i need, a program on the PSP or a chip of some sort?

You need to downgrade your PSP’s firmware down to 1.5
This involves using a pandora battery (which you can make from a normal PSP battery or buy) and then installing software on the memory stick to make it be able to downgrade back down to 1.5. There are various guides for it on google.
no u dont need a chip u need to make a Pandora’s battery then buy another psp battery after u can downgrade ur psp to 1.5 after that type in google dark Alex open the first site then download the m33 creator read the instruction after ur psp will be m33 that programme blocks Sony’s protection from reading ISO games form the sticks.
Its called downgrading a PSP, no modchip needed but you do need a pandora pack to do it, think they are about £40 on eBay, I got my PSP downgraded for me at http://www.psp-repairz.co.uk
you need to downgrade your firmware no mod chip needed then you can download the files online to your computer then as long as you have a memory stick with enough memory you can hook your psp to your computer with a usb cable and download the game directly to the memory stick and play from there
what you need is customfirmware for your PSP. there are guides out there on how to do that and here is one:
