i asume your using virtual game boy so simply go along the tool bar and select game shark then go to the game shark site and enter the codes, some require you to press some buttons to activate like up and b or something but that should work
GBA Game ROM programs usually has a in built gameshark and all you have to do is find the game shark cheat codes.
